Integra Mechanical evaluates the relevant parts of that system, explains what is known and what still needs to be confirmed, and defines the work before it begins. The objective is a practical decision the customer can understand—not a promise the available evidence cannot support.
How work is defined

Service findings and proposals are shaped by the property, equipment, plans, access, schedule, utilities, construction conditions, and requested outcome. When information is incomplete, the assumption is identified instead of hidden.
For installation and construction work, Integra defines equipment, ductwork, controls, startup, coordination, allowances, exclusions, and responsibilities in writing. Changes that affect cost, timing, or performance are documented before the added work proceeds.

Licensed in Utah. Regional work accepted only where authorized.
Integra Mechanical, LLC holds Utah contractor license 14025006-5501 and operates from Cedar City, Utah. Local residential service is confirmed by address and current availability.
Defined projects outside the immediate area may be evaluated, but Western U.S. capability is not a claim of unrestricted licensing. Jurisdiction, license requirements, permits, travel, mobilization, inspection, and project fit are confirmed before work is accepted.
