Pricing is based on the documents and conditions identified in the proposal. Design changes, concealed conflicts, incomplete trade work, utility changes, access limitations, schedule acceleration, and work not specifically included may require a written change order.

Current architectural plans, insulation and window data, site location, fuel and utility information, equipment preferences, schedule, and known alternates produce a more complete proposal.

Do you perform load calculations?

Load-informed selection is part of defining the system. Final calculation and documentation requirements are confirmed for the project, jurisdiction, plans, and contracted scope.

When should the HVAC contractor join the project?

Before framing and utility decisions are locked in whenever possible. Early coordination helps protect equipment locations, duct routes, returns, penetrations, access, and other-trade requirements.

Do you take residential projects outside Cedar City?

Defined projects may be evaluated outside the immediate area. Licensing, travel, mobilization, permits, inspection requirements, schedule, and project fit are confirmed before a proposal is accepted.
